Department of Botany is an integral part of the Faculty of Science, Tata College, Chaibasa. Since its establishment, this Department has played a vital role in shaping the overall growth and achievement towards botanical knowledge and understanding. Its objective is to conserve the conventional branches of Plant Science along with new advancements, promote Research temperament in students, and implement the achieved knowledge for the well-being of society, and awareness campaign.
