Tata College, Chaibasa offers one job oriented vocational program, i.e., Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA). The program strength is 50 and it’s a self-financed program.
Enrollment Criteria
Any candidate bellow 20 years age having mathematics as a subject in 12th standard and have secured 50% marks as an average can apply to the program. Up to 5% relaxation is applicable for the candidates those belongs to reserved categories as per the Government of Jharkhand regulations.
Application Processes
Tata Collge does not directly accept any application for enrollment into the B.C.A program offered at the college. Like any other program, the candidates have to apply through the Chancellor’s Portal. This is the common portal for all online application for enrollment to colleges and university in the state of Jharkhand in India. Depending upon your eligibility and your choices for colleges, your application may be forwarded to the college. The college will further verify your candidature for the program. After proper verification, you need to pay the required fees to the bank account of the college to be get enrolled.
In case, there is any seat vacant, your application directly to the college may be considered as per the direction of Kolhan University.

The B.C.A. program is delivered in six semesters. Each semester has four courses of four credit each to deliver. Semester wise courses are as follow:

Final Notes
Any candidate that fails to attend minimum 75% of classes is not eligible to attend the term end examination at each semester. Along with attendance, regularity in class activities, project work and scoring in practical examination counts for the overall result.
